Gave them a try one day because I needed some keys made. They did a great job making keys for my bikes nobody else could make.
I've been back many times and will continue doing business with them.
The staff is friendly, the place is neat and clean. I always can get a parking spot.

Came in on Friday afternoon for an estimate and was told Tuesday was the earliest they could do it. I explained I was heading out of state Monday at noon. They made a call and rearranged their schedules if I promise to be there first thing Monday morning. I arrived early and they got on it and was done in great time. Sam is the man! The pricing was good and the workmanship great ! Highly recommend them.
Sam got to my condo for a lockout within 10min after my call into the office on a Fri morning. His work was excellent and fast and very reasonable. It was all done in a very professional manner as well. I will call them again if I need too. Sam also gave me some good advice.

I would recommend Concord Locksmith to anyone in the Bay Area. Our home was broken into and they came out and re-keyed everything within 24 hours. The person who answers the calls put my mind at ease and explained all options to me so I could take a deep breath. The technician completed the re-key in under 45 minutes and was very thorough in ensuring that all keys worked properly before he left our property. To round out the service, Concord Locksmith gave us a $25 off coupon if we mentioned them on Yelp. I will definitely use them again.
Long story short. My Passport was being held hostage by my fire box. Key broke off in the lock and I am leaving in two days for China. They saved my passport and my sanity!
